Your questions, answered

Everything worth knowing before and after you order — purity, documentation, handling, delivery, and policy.

How is purity verified, and what does 99%+ actually mean?

Every lot is analyzed by reverse-phase HPLC, which separates the target compound from related impurities and reports the target as a percentage of total peptide content. “99%+” means the documented purity on that lot's Certificate of Analysis is at least 99%, quantified against a reference standard — not an estimate or a marketing figure.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A COA is the analytical record for a specific production lot. Ours document HPLC purity, mass-spectrometry identity confirmation, and endotoxin screening, each performed by an accredited third-party laboratory. A COA accompanies every order, and every lot is archived in our public COA library so you can verify before you buy.

How do I verify the batch I received?

Each vial's label carries a lot number. Enter it in the COA library to open the exact certificate for your material. If anything doesn't match, contact us and we'll resolve it under our COA-match guarantee.

Do you test identity as well as purity?

Yes. Purity is meaningless if the molecule is wrong, so mass spectrometry confirms the molecular weight of each lot matches the target sequence before purity is even reported.

How do I reconstitute a lyophilized peptide?

Our compounds ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Reconstitution volume and diluent depend on your protocol and the compound. This is a laboratory procedure to be determined by the qualified researcher; we provide the compound, its purity data, and handling notes, but no dosing or in-vivo guidance.

How should peptides be stored?

Lyophilized peptides are generally stored cold and protected from light and moisture; reconstituted material is typically refrigerated and used within a defined window. Follow your institution's protocols. Storage-and-handling notes ship with every order.

What is the shelf life?

Properly stored lyophilized peptides remain stable for extended periods. Specific stability data is reported per compound; consult the lot's documentation and your own storage validation.

How fast do you ship?

Orders placed before 2 PM ET dispatch the same business day from our US facility, with carrier tracking and shipment protection on every order. Free shipping applies to orders over $200.

How does Buy 1 Get 1 Free work?

BOGO applies automatically across your entire cart — every second vial (cheapest first) is free at checkout. You can mix and match any compounds from the catalog; there's nothing to enter.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. Tiered pricing is available for larger research programs and institutional accounts. See our wholesale page or contact us for a quote.

What is your refund policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to raise a claim. Unopened product in original packaging is refundable, and damaged, incorrect, or lost orders are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. If a lot doesn't match its Certificate of Analysis, we replace it or refund it with no time limit at all. Full detail on our refund policy page.

Who can order from Aspect Peptides?

Our products are sold solely to qualified researchers and institutions for in-vitro laboratory research and development use. By ordering, you confirm you are such a party and will handle, store, and dispose of materials per all applicable laws and institutional protocols.

Are these products for human or animal use?
